1 Card Stock
1 scrap paper,

Now score your paper at 5 cm - from each side.
So that a 5 cm wide rim is formed, as shown below.
So that a 5 cm wide rim is formed, as shown below.
Cut in as shown below and then folded up to stand, keep 2 cm, cut away the rest.
Now you cut your chosen scrap paper so that it is always 0.5 cm smaller than the surfaces it is to be glued to. (6x4, 5 - and 2 x 12.5 x 4.5 - 2) The back label has the size: 12.8 x 12 cm (scrap paper: 12.3 x 11.5)
On the inside back affix double-sided tape, so you can then stick your spine label.
Here it is shown before gluing yet designed
- see picture below - where it is to be glued.
Now you can glue the sides inside and decorate your spine label
It should look something like this:
I stuck an extra peice of card inside
at the bottom, to stiffen the box up.
I have taken a peice of card 6.75 x 17.15 inches
cut and then punched with a Martha Stewart punch around.
I wanted to have this beautiful border :) -
but you can make yours different.
Big hugs and happy scrapping!
